ORDERING

Pacer is capable of receiving orders by phone, fax and e-mail. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Orders meeting standard packaging, placed before 12 noon, will ship the same day. Our sales staff is experienced and qualified to answer any questions you may have concerning our products.

Additions: Additions to existing orders are allowed so long as the original order has not been processed for shipment. If this is the case, please place a separate order.

RETURNS POLICY

Pacer will fully refund your purchase if it is returned within 15 days with an approved RMA. All sales over 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sales over 90 days are final. Non-standard cut lengths of wire and cable are non-returnable, non-refundable.

FREIGHT

All material is shipped F.O.B. Sarasota, FL or F.O.B. Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

PAYMENT TERMS

Net 30 days will be given to companies with approved credit. Pacer will ship orders C.O.D. or payment can be made via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER.

MINIMUMS

Pacer has position itself to sell product at the lowest possible minimum.
Listed in this catalog with each item description are standard package quantities.

CLAIMS

Please inspect all items received for damages. If you are not satisfied with the material received, return the product within 15 days with an approved return material authorization number for a full refund, replacement or credit.
